Ingredientes:
4 cucharadas de mantequilla sin sal
2 dientes de ajo grandes machacados
2 cucharadas de paprika
1 cucharadita de albahaca deshidratada
1 cucharadita de orégano
1 cucharadita de sal
½ cucharadita de cebolla en polvo
¼ cucharadita de pimienta molida
1 cucharadita de pimienta de cayena
1 de taza de maíz para palomitas
Rinde 16 tazas de palomitas de maíz
Prepare las cotufas agregando el maíz en aceite caliente, tape el recipiente y apague al dejar de escuchar el popeado.
Caliente la mantequilla y el ajo a fuego lento hasta que ésta se derrita. Cocine durante 1 minuto, hasta que el ajo se dore, luego sáquelo y descártelo.
En un recipiente pequeño mezcle la paprika, albahaca, orégano, sal, cebolla en polvo y la pimienta de cayena.
Coloque las palomitas de maíz ya listas en un recipiente grande, agréguele la mantequilla saborizada con movimientos envolventes para que cubra bien. Espolvoree la mezcla de especias saborizantes y revuelva nuevamente.
Sirva inmediatamente.

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 large garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon ground red (cayene) pepper
1 cup unpopped corn kernels
For 16 cups popped popcorn
Heat butter and garlic in a small saucepan over médium-low heat until butter is melted. Continue cooking until garlic sizzles, about 1 minute. With a slotted spoon, lift out and discard garlic. In a small bowl, combine paprika, basil, oregano, salt, onion powder, and black and cayenne peppers.
Place popcorn in a very large bowl. While tossing, drizzle with butter mixture and toss until well coated. Sprinkle with spice mixture and toss again.
Serve immediately.
